1. Who we are and what this policy covers
KoreEngine provides enterprise AI, software, data and cloud engineering services and develops related technology products. This policy applies to personal information processed through https://www.koreengine.com, business enquiries, sales conversations, events and our client and supplier relationships.
For questions or privacy requests, contact us at admin@koreengine.com. In this policy, “KoreEngine”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the KoreEngine entity that receives your enquiry or contracts with you.
2. Information we collect

- Recruitment or supplier data: professional and payment information where you apply to work with us or provide services to us.
3. How and why we use information
Depending on the applicable law and context, we process information with your consent, to take steps at your request or perform a contract, for permitted legitimate business purposes, or to meet a legal obligation. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
- Respond to enquiries, arrange discovery calls and prepare proposals.
- Enter into and perform contracts, deliver and support services and products, and manage client or supplier relationships.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our website, infrastructure and services.

4. How we share information
We disclose information only where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Recipients may include:
- Hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, security and other technology providers, including Vercel for website hosting and Resend for enquiry email delivery.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers.
- Approved contractors or delivery partners involved in a client engagement, where the contract and applicable law permit it.

- A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganisation or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. International data transfers
Our providers, clients and delivery teams may operate in different countries. Where personal information is transferred outside its country of origin, we use contractual, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and comply with applicable transfer restrictions.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. We generally retain unanswered or early-stage business enquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Client, supplier, financial and contract records are kept for the engagement and any additional period required for legal, tax, audit or dispute purposes. Security and diagnostic logs are normally retained for shorter operational periods. We then delete or anonymise the information unless law requires continued retention.
7. Security
We use proportionate administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, transport encryption, secure hosting and supplier review. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send confidential credentials or sensitive personal information through the public enquiry form.

Email admin@koreengine.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where an exemption or legal obligation applies. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or another competent supervisory authority when that remedy is available.
